Kentwood hadn’t launched a brand campaign video in over five years, leaving a gap in content that reflected the company’s evolution. To mark their 40th anniversary, the brand needed a refreshed, engaging campaign that could reconnect with its audience and showcase its legacy.

I led the creation of an evergreen brand video in partnership with an external videographer, bringing the company’s story to life in a way that felt both current and timeless.

I led the design of a new set of evergreen sales books for both buyers and sellers, aimed at enhancing the client experience and reinforcing Kentwood’s premium brand position.
